Lófinda Luxury Refill Membership

Lófinda Luxury refills are exclusively designed for existing Lófinda Luxury vessels.

When you subscribe, you’ll receive recurring refill deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to your selected schedule.

You may pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

To avoid charges for your next refill shipment, subscription updates or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

Lófinda Luxury Inner Circle Refill Membership

The Lófinda Luxury Inner Circle is a monthly refill membership for customers who already own a Lófinda Luxury vessel.

Members are billed monthly based on the refill size and scent selected at checkout.

Members may manage, pause, skip, or cancel their membership through the customer portal.

If a membership is canceled, future membership billing will stop. Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled may not be eligible for cancellation.

Founding Member complimentary shipping is unlocked after 3 consecutive active billing cycles for customers who join during the June launch window. If a membership is canceled before completing 3 consecutive active billing cycles, the complimentary shipping benefit will not be unlocked.

One-time refill purchases do not qualify for the Founding Member complimentary shipping benefit.

Refills include wax only. Glass vessel not included. Refills are designed for Lófinda Luxury vessels only.

Refill Orders

Due to the nature of our fragrance products and small-batch production process, refill orders cannot be returned or exchanged once processed or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lofindaluxury.com.

Pre-Orders

Select products may occasionally be offered as pre-order items. Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once fulfilled, standard store policies apply.
